1 down... 5 more to go..

I paper down. 5 more to go.
Finally, my examinations have started. Went for my Introduction to Economics this morning. This is my 3rd attempt... Yes, I freaking failed it twice....

Met a number of friends and everyone asked me, how's preparation? prepared for it? scare or not?
Seriously, I've got no feeling from the start to the end of the paper... The only thing that happened is that I kept cursing Amos as I read the questions.... in a mumble of course...

Of course no feeling lah... took the paper for the 3rd time... what kinda feeling you want me to have? This year as usual, Amos throw stunt on the very first question. Luckily this time round I got study quite a bit of the study guide... haiz... just hope can pass lah... Over already, don't wanna look back....

Next up is Maths..... yeah... you heard it right... MATHS AGAIN.... -___-"""

Do I really have to type a title everytime?

Just received my posting order. I'll be going back to Artillery Institute IMMEDIATELY after my last paper... wah lau... never even give me a day to recover from my exam shock... Oh well, nothing's gonna change even if I kpkb, so just accept thing as it is. Its a mixed feeling. I'm looking forward to going back to work (living 3 years on No Pay Leave is no joke...), but at the same time, I worrying if I am able to cope. Not that I doubt my ability or anything, but I've been a relax student for 3 years and in about a month time, I'll be all serious and routine in camp. And it doesn't help to know that the boss I'm gonna work under is a very demanding man. Let's just hope everything will be fine. Looking forward to catching up with all the friends and colleagues. Its about time I polish my boots, iron my uniform and get my gears ready....

Meanwhile, its studying, studying and more studying... day in day out... hiding in the library, hoping that things do get into the brain... -___-"""
Library is really crowded... It opens at about 9am everyday and by 10am, it will be totally full~! kaoz... have to rush down every morning... and I can't go too early cuz I wanna avoid that stupid ERP gantries. Yes, no way to siam cuz the gantries are placed on both the PIE and Bukit Timah (near Hume Ave)... -__-""

Occasionally, Agnes will take leave from work and study with me...
Yes, this is the new way of studying... Put you head as near to the book as possible so that the words can work their way into the brain.... hehehe....
I also wanna try out the new method of studying.... hehehehe....
Studying is one thing. Occasionally, we also also need to go Msia to pump petrol, during which we will not miss out the Cornetto Royal ice-cream~! Its so expensive in Singapore ($2.50 per cone). In Msia, its only 2.50RM per cone~! Oh yar, during my last petrol run, I nearly ran out of petrol after I U-turn at 312C.. bike felt very choked up and I was really worried that it would die on me before I reach the petrol station. Luckily I managed to gently ride it and I made it to the petrol staion... and I found out how close I was to getting stranded on Msia highway... I pumped 20.5 litres of petrol~!!! *faint* My fuel tank has a max capacity of 21 litres... now you know... =P
Trying to take and artistic photo with the sepia mode... hehe...
Studying is stressful so we squeezed some time out to go for a movie to relax... We watched IRON MAN~! Not bad, nice armour... I wanna be Iron Man too!!! haha...
Okie lah enough of crap... time to go study again... think I'm going crazy soon and I foresee I'll look like this when I do get crazy................

A day full of sad news...

First, when I was in school, I received a SMS from fellow MRMC bro, Ben, informing us that his wife, Anna, got a stroke and is now in SGH. I was kinda stunned, since we were all happily celebrating the club anniversary just 2 days ago and Anna was also there having fun. She looks very healthy to me... haiz... Hope she get well soon.

Then, just moments ago, I received a SMS from Jerine, informing me that Angeline has passed away from a car accident last night. I know Angeline through NCC, when we went to climb Mount Ophir back in Sec 3. It was just a casual encounter and I didn't get to know her better or keep in touch after that. And after so many years, I did not expect that the next time I hear about her, it was about her passing away.... :(
Rest in Peace Angeline.... and condolence to her family and loved ones....

And just when I thought I've got enough bad news for the day, my mum informed me that she is down with high fever. Doctor examined her and said that she showed symptoms of getting infected with Dengue fever. She's on medication and if her condition doesn't improve in the next few days, she has to go for blood test. Hope that this is just a false alarm and that she will get well soon!!!

To all out there, cherish your loved ones and hold on to them while you still have them (not when you've lost them!) Let them know that you love them (not assume that they should know!). Life is fragile and unpredictable, so live each day to the fullest~!

Dot dot dot.....

Exam is coming up fast and furious.... and I feel strangely peaceful... Or is it worried until numb already?

Too busy and too lazy to update the blog... not much major events anyway.

First time in St James and the first major turn-off is that there were no proper parking lots for bikes. Either on the disgusting pavement outside St James or the illegal parking at PSA (at the risk of $50 Wheel Cramp fee).

Powerhouse was not too bad... Dragonfly was interesting... But nothing beats having nice prata with a few friends on a Saturday night. =P
Yeah, drinking and getting drunk on over-priced alcohol just doesn't interest me...

This is so random. Will update soon. =P

Quoted from SBF

I quoted this from SBF Hayabusa Thread by Tish... haha...

Range of speed people are traveling in Msia:

Relax riding 90-160
Exercise 160-220
Backside itchy 220-280
Something wrong up there 280-300+
Gone case = above 300 to the limit

haha... quite an interesting equation.... So far, I'm only "Backside itchy"
Don't know when I will be something wrong up there.... hahahaha....
Anyway this equation is more applicable for busas... ride one to know what I mean.... hehe..

For those who wanna stick to cars and wanna overtake a busa... you can try one of the only 5 production cars in the world that can do that....
They are:
1. Bugatti Veyron
2. Gumpert Apollo
3. Saleen S7 TT
4. Koenigsegg CCX
5. SSC Ultimate Aero TT.

Unfortunately... non of them are on Singapore roads, so till then.. I can still say Busa Rulez~! =P

Totally random...

Its very sad to see my bike in such a sorry state... Took this while Clifford sent my rim to some metal shop to be pressed back to shape...
Andrew's waiting for MCL to finish work, so I accompany him while he wait... Hanging out at Ice Cold Beer...
Downed a bucket of Mini Asahis... the mini cans are quite cute... haha...
And I finally bought my dream bike~! The BMW R1200 GS Adventure~!!!
Yeah right... wait long long... only got chance to sit on it in the BMW showroom...
5 more years.... :P
Oh by the way, this is $45k OTR.... -__-"""
Can buy 2 hayabusas with spare cash to fix some aftermarket parts....

* * * * * * * * * *
Celebrated Toy's birthday at Sara's... a pub along Upper Thomson Road. Its actually just opposite the Roti Prata House that I always go to. Been to that area for so many years and never knew about this pub...
The Birthday Boy!

Kulai Nasi Lemak Trip

Waiting at GP Esso. Glenn's bike no more petrol... stuck at the Toll... gotta go buy petrol and top up. So everyone else is waiting... :P
Helmets for Sale~!
Delicious Nasi Lemak with superb chicken wing... The Ramly Burgers are damn nice too~! Yum yum... hungry already... haha...
Refuelling before going back to Singapore.
Caleb, Glenn and Lionel with their bikes..
This Kulai trip cost me alot. Kena a super duper big pothole (that looks more like a crater) on the way to the eating place. The bike got a huge impact on the front and the front rim was dented. I hurt my balls and Agnes hurt her arm and wrist...
Spent $120 and more than 6 hours in the workshop to get the rim back in shape. :(

Terrorist on the loose....

Because of one stupid guy, both the checkpoints to Msia are terribly jammed everyday.... And because of the jam, I can't go in and get cheap petrol.... sibeh sian.... -__-"""

So everyone, please help ease the congestion by ensuring that the terrorist is caught soon. Do your part and call the police if you ever spot him. He can disguise himself and it might be difficult to recognise him... so print this and keep it in your wallet so make it easier for you....

Petrol price increase again... -__-""

Yes... increase again... by 4 cents... now even Octane 92 cost $2 ++....

Went to pump petrol at Esso just now and nearly faint when I saw the meter... $38..... -__-"""
Okie lah, its not too bad compared to the uncle paying at the counter before me.... $157 after discount.... *faint*

Moral of the story.... don't drive a merc benz if you can't afford to pump $157 of petrol every 3 days... =P

Andrew's Pre-Birthday Celebration

Ice Cold Beer at Emerald Hills... Totally packed with people...
Birthday boy and MCL
Agnes and Me
Joshua getting drunk before everyone else...
This is damn gay lah... 2 big guys on a small bike.. Oh, that's Andrew's friend's bike... the KSR... 110cc, top speed 120km/h... Don't be fooled by the size of it.. it really packs a punch and the acceleration is better than those pathetic family sedans out there...
Really small bike... the pillion is gonna suffer... hehe...
