117th Artillery Anniversary
Had a series of activities to mark this important occassion. The 117km Arty Road Relay was held yesterday and everybody ran like crazy in the competition. Damn tiring. Had the Anniversary Dinner this evening at Chijmes. Quite fun. As usual, met up with all the good old friends. A long day again. So tired now.....zzzzz

Updates...
18th Feb....
Went for the Artillery Anniversary Parade. It has not been raining for don't know how many donkey years but it had to rain on the day we are on parade. Everyone was drenched. Sianz.... Met a lot of old friends though. Had a good time catching up with them and just hanging around.
Went to pick up Jas at SSDC. Had dinner at the Roti Prata House. That place is really crap. But I am still there cuz I like the prata... =P The pratas are good but the service sucks big time. Was sitting down there waiting for dunno how know, and no one wanna come and serve us. The irritating thing is that those people around us who came later were being served and get their food earlier than us~! I'm really irritated and ended up going into the stall itself and ordered the pratas for take-away. Got it within 5 mins! Then I went to take the forks and spoons and plates myself (while the uncle stared at me, probably wondering why I'm taking their utensils when i ordered a take-away.) Within 5 mins, I'm sitting there eating my prata. Talk about self-service. Luckily there's no service charge there. =P

Had dinner at Chandi, a North Indian Restaurant in Golden Landmark hotel, with the gang. Andrew, Audrey, Chin Lee, Cammela, Lawrence, Edmund, Victor, Wenjin, Suresh, Kervin, Jas and Me. A lot more pple are suppose to come but last minute play us out... =P
The food there was not too bad lah... but don't have much variety, not too worth the money. But I guess its the people that are more important. Went to China Bar after that to hang out. Wrong choice. Not a very interesting place. But no choice lah. Our group too big already. Wanna change place also lazy. Not too bad considering we had lots of fun at Lawrence's expense.... haha...

Freaking irritated.... Have been trying to get the 7610 but there's just so much problems. And why is m1 always out of stock. Can't get my phone from other shops cuz my line is not 18mths old yet. And just have to be that every m1 in Singapore have no stock and ALL other service provider and distributor have the phone. *faintz*
Really damn sianz... got money wanna spend also cannot. Wait till next month no money, I'm sure the phone will come out again.... sighz....

A day well spent....
Today is a very fulfilling day. Met Howe, an ex-colleague from my battalion, and some the guys from my battery for lunch. Howe just came back from China after abt a year there. He's in his new job and got posted there that's why. Did some catching up and crap a bit. Had a good time.... it feels good to meet up with old friends and talk about the good old days. Boss was there. So was Edmund, Wenjin, Isaac, Junxian and Colin. Great time~!
Head straight to Edwin's house after lunch. Edwin used to be my Store Manager at Starbucks Millenia Walk. Again, its time to catch up with all the friends from Starbucks. Jerine, Francis, Din, Hannah, Susi, Charmaine, Tracy, Elaine and Fazli. Its great fun~! Really miss the days when we had so much fun in Starbucks Millenia Walk. Its really a memorable place, though it feels kinda different now when I walk in... probably because all the people working there have changed.. don't know anyone anymore...
Had dinner at Lau Pa Sat. Weng Liong would be flying off to Australia to further his studies on Wed and this is sort of a farewell dinner for him. Again, more of the old friends join us~! Weng Liong, Chee Seng, Su Han, Wanqi, Wei En, Hui Jun, Jia Long.... its really a lot of ppl~! Been a long long time since we last had such a big gathering~! And all these came together by chance I guess. One by one, the pple just kept joining in, coming from all over the place. Its good to see them again!
Its really a great day for me. Managed to catch up with lots of friends. Guess this is the only thing about New Year that I like, besides the Ang Bao. Hope to see them all real soon! Will post the photos up when Jerine send them to me. =)

Happy Chinese New Year to aLL~!
First of all Happy Chinese New Year to all~!!! Time really flies and before we knew it... another year is gone. 2004 had not been a good year. A lot of unhappy things happened both to me and to the world. No point thinking about things that you can no longer change. Just hope that 2005 will be a better year! Jas told me that according to some superstitious source, 2005 would be a good year due to some reasons which I don't understand. In a nutshell, people are gonna make mistake, make wrong decision etc. So to all out there, just beware. Be more careful in everything you do. Having said all that, there's no stopping us from having all the fun~!
A brand new year, with brand new resolution. The things that I really really wanna do no is to get my Class 2A so that I can buy my Super4 and also to get into University!!! These are things that I've been wanting for a long long time. Andrew already got his Super4, now its just me. Martin failed his TP Test so I guess I won't have another riding kakis for a long time. Khairuddin forever says that he is gonna get a bike but until now, after I bought a car and now, a bike, he still has not bought it yet. So for now, my only riding kaki is Andrew.
As for University... I have applied for all 3 Uni last year and all got rejected. Hopefully this year, some miracle will happen. If all else fail, it will be SIM-UOL for me. That will mean 3 years no-pay leave, and surviving out there on my own... sianz...
Enough crap for now. Just finished reunion dinner. Been a long long time since we last had dinner together. Everyone is so busy these days. Gonna rest early today so that tomorrow will have more energy to go around collecting Ang Bao~! =P
